A narrowly divided U.S. Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that police can arrest people for minor offenses that would be punishable only by a fine.

Where do you go and who do you turn to when the Supreme Court won't protect citizens from harassment? We will all be arrested.

OK, I just read the article. Is that cop a dick, or what?! There are some officers who are aware that they would be WASTING tax payers' money to make an arrest like that! Not wearing a sealt belt?! Should be a ticket or a warning. And if you really want the public to hate the police even more than they already do, here's a surefire way to do it! And, oh, I am not surprised at all that it happened in Texas!

Geeeeeez! Stuff like this makes my blood boil!
