scottobearFatima likes the haircut... the response so far has been unanimously positive. Nobody has had anything even remotely negative to say about it.
Felix woos Whoopee - Felix the Cat has fun at a party at the Whoopee Club until the early hours of the morning. At home, his wife paces the floor while carrying a rolling pin. When Felix finally leaves at 3:30 a.m., he is so drunk that he sees the buildings sway with the music, and lamp posts and cars turn into strange creatures. When he gets home, Mrs. Cat has a surprise for him.
My sweetie's on a road trip with her buddy this weekend... I keep forgetting how small the northeast is compared to Florida... driving from DC to NJ to VT is doable quick as a wink, compared to just going from Miami to Tallahassee. It sounds like they're having a grand time - I look forward to the pictures they bring back.
I'm impressed at how well the last season of JLU was done... That's how a show should end... strong and solid, not wheezing out the last dregs of its life. Good job on the Hawkman edge and Legion of Doom stuff.
My favorite elements were Toyman yo-yo vs Killer Frost (or Toyman Nerf vs Parademons, for that matter) , Grodd - "Why speak ill of the dead?" and a use of the New Gods that are actually worth something. (I was never really a fan of that Kirby-crew, despite my fondness for Kirby-tech like Mother Boxes and Boom Tubes)
David Hasselhoff Says "Knight Rider" Car Was Gay

Dublin, Ireland (BANG) - Everybody's favorite 1980s TV car had a secret of his own that hasn't been publicly revealed until now. David Hasselhoff - Mr. Gayness himself - recently exposed the truth and revealed to a number of stunned fans in Ireland that his talking "Knight Rider" car was gay.
The actor - who is in Britain promoting his autobiography, a movie and a new single - shocked students when he came out with the comment about Kitt during an appearance at Trinity College in Dublin.
He said, "We have some fairly X-rated outtakes on 'Knight Rider.' Kitt was constantly asking, 'Do you want me to take you home Michael?' in that very camp voice of his."
Meanwhile, Hasselhoff fell asleep while appearing on a TV show in London. The former "Baywatch" star dozed off during a commercial break while filming an appearance on GMTV on Sunday.
Explaining his impromptu nap, he said, "I was really tired. I'd been in Vancouver then Leeds, then Manchester then Croydon."
Producers have denied claims the 54-year-old actor knocked out because he was drunk.
They said, "We do not believe he was drunk. There was no smell of alcohol."

Random Shots from yesterday - A little orange girl-kitten and a manatee warning sign. no manatees at a good angle to photograph... next time. at the Dania beach boat club, near boomers. The kit was one of three stowaways from key west.. the dock master raised 'em up like I did with Newt, bottle fed until they could chow down more seriously. They're still a little skinny, but very active and playful.

Kangaroo being boxed in the face (hard) by a human wearing boxing gloves... Another bear hanging from chains/rings and struggling to pull himself into them, etc. Makes me sad. :(

Their news seems to care about a wider variety of things past mostly politics and who stabbed/shot/sliced/raped who. Sounds like I meant those two to go together, but it wasn't intentional. ;)
