Current info going around – NO shots fired – employee heard a loud noise, reported it – was a false alarm.
I have no idea what the “shooters are two males, 1-white, 1 black” came from then. I hope any and all misinformation is dealt with.

WASHINGTON (WUSA9) – U.S. Park Police and Metropolitan Police Department officers are responding to Navy Yard for a report of active shooter. No casualties at this time.
An employee inside Navy Yard reports that alarms are sounding and the buildings are on lockdown.
