No tensions! 0%
The PHC has detected no tensions in your thinking.
There are a number of possible reasons for such occurrence:
1. You have a very consistent set of beliefs;
2. You have very few beliefs - and consequently answered none or only a few of the questions!
3. You've done this test before!
first time test taker, answered all questions.

Date: 2001-05-18 09:03 pm (UTC)You agreed that:
Individuals have sole rights over their own bodies
And also that:
Voluntary euthanasia should remain illegal
Euthanasia is not the act of a single person. Instead it requires doctors to forego their hippocratic oaths (which also prohibits abortions). I believe euthanasia should remain illegal, but I think suicide should be legal. If someone must have help in dying, let them seek the public executioner not the family doctor.
You agreed that:
Judgements about works of art are purely matters of taste
And also that:
Michaelangelo is one of history's finest artists
Art is communication. If an artist fails to communicate to those experiencing their art, they fail as an artist. Whether that communication happens or not is purely a matter of taste, which is not simply a sensory experience but also a mental experience which is influenced by circumstance, experience, and education. Michaelangelo has communicated through his works over centuries. Whether any one person likes his work or not is irrelevent. The fact that millions have liked his work through the ages though clearly shows he mastered artistic connection with those viewing his work and therefore marks him as one of history's finest artists.

Date: 2001-05-19 10:25 am (UTC)Also, I support the basic idea of the FDA, and also support alternative medicine. This isn't a contradiction - it's perfectly possible to test alternative treatments for safety and efficacy. The fact is that in some cases this hasn't been done, and in some cases it's been done in other countries and the FDA has disregarded the data. But that doesn't mean there's a contradiction. And so forth.
Still, an interesting test.
