Josh went to see the Red Elvises just last month. I was out of town (and very annoyed to miss them), but apparently they didn't jam on their giant balalaika, so I guess it could've been worse.

Los Straightjackets played at the park around the corner from my house a few years back... it's a rather small park, and few people showed up... It was also about 90 degrees out. I have to hand it to them, keeping their composure in those masks in the heat with small unappreciative children throwing beach balls at their heads!

I just had to buy their CD, oc.

(I later found out that Eddie Angel is a local yokel.)

I'm glad to know that there are at least two of us who like both Rob Zombie and Parliament. =) Shoo is one of the only other people I know to have tastes that eclectic! =)
