orgasms - with or without a partner - can significantly boost the immune system and help to keep you healthy as you age. In a study of 24 women with breast cancer, US gynecologist Dudley Chapman found that those who had regular orgasms recovered faster than those who didn't. The reason? Having an orgasm triggers physiological effects, boosting the body's infection-fighting T3 and T4 lymphocyte cells.
It's also one of the most enjoyable ways to keep those worry lines at bay, as orgasms are known to release into the brain beta- endorphins - natural painkillers that help to alleviate anxiety.
