Window shopping on amazon, looking at the movies... (DVD, thou art evil).

*Not* a come on for people to get me gifties, but here's my wish list if you want to see what I'm currently looking at to add to my collection, over time somday. Shocking? Nah, you knew I liked this stuff.

Oooooh, Big Trouble in Little China! That one's on my wish list, too... come to think of it, a lot of these are on my wish list.

Heh, go figure.

Big trouble.. the best ding-dang kung fu movie made in the USA.

Plus, Kurt's in it... he rocks. :)

Heck, i'm biased, though.

I liked Cap'n Ron.

And Tango & Cash.

and Soldier.

Yet, I'm unashamed.

hahhaahhaa... um, sorry to say, but Soldier sucked rocks.

But I'll join you on Cap'n Ron and, most especially, Tango & Cash. I've practically worn my video of that one out. ;)

My love for soldier is mainly due to -

wacky off center references to blade runner and kurt being so dang quiet... I think he had 32 words the whole film.

i share quite a few of the same wishes on my list
i suggest checking out buy.com
most everything is cheaper there by a few dollars per item
my wishlist there is now over 20 pages long and adds up to almost 4000 dollars worth of unatainable stuff
nothing but movies so far
dvd is a cruel mistress indeed

oh, thanks, great tip! Just sort of window shopping. :)

nifty to build a cross-section of what you like though.

Probably the only movie ever where someone strangles someone else with their own intestines... if that's not golden, I dunno what is.

The Monkees "Head!" You are the only other person I know besides me who even knows about that movie!! I LOVE that movie ('course I love the Monkees too, but hey, the movie is pretty good on its own.) :-P

I must purchase the DVD myself, right now I have it on VHS. Digital picture and sound will be heavenly with that movie! ;-)
