He smiled at me but the expression didn’t reach his eyes.

Some odd folk shuffling along the boardwalk this morning. Very few people with pets, and the guy above was a bit spooky. Sort of an empty shell possessed by an amateur… or someone being remotely controlled from a distance. Did they open a chlorpromazine dispensary nearby?

Also seen, about 45 ducks. If they are being psionically influenced, the intelligence behind it is far a more masterful puppeteer.
