Okay, that t-shirt you posted has given me quite a time! Apparently the first character is a Japanese, the second Chinese. (You’d think, but aren’t they in both languages? LESS OFTEN THAN YOU MIGHT THINK!) Anyway, the Chinese version of that Japanese character means “essence” and the second character means “rude”. So I’m guessing “Totally Rude” is a great translation for Raphael, but it may not be real words.
