Ah! I love stuff like this! It's why I always read every word of a book. I see stuff like this done a lot in comic books -- David Mack did it in his Kabuki books and Sam Kieth did it with The Maxx. =D I've seen it done in a book or two, as well, but none of them come to mind at the moment.

But, you can call me Deke for short. Are you going to buy my book. If not, I would like to encourage you to do so so that the poor children of my homeland might have blankets on their beds tonight and food in their bellies tomorrow. And, if you don't buy my book, then there will be no hard feelings...but your life will be miserable when you bed down with the fleas -- of the thousand camels -- that I will personally collect and send to you to ensure that you never have another good night's sleep you cheapskate.
