Men are responsible for the majority of human genetic mutations, according to a landmark publication in the scientific journal Nature. Researchers of the Human Genome Project discovered that the Y chromosome, found only in men, passes on genetic mutations twice as often as the X chromosome.

An autopsy performed Monday by Cape May County Medical Examiner Elliot M. Gross determined that three cigarette butts penetrated Geisinger's rib cage directly above his heart, causing his death.

When the United States invited the world to send its tired, its poor, its huddled masses yearning to breathe free, it did not mean everybody.
Asians, specifically, were excluded from citizenship during much of the time that the nation was welcoming immigrants from Europe.
And vestiges of that time remain embedded in places you wouldn't expect to find them: the Florida Constitution, for one.
Tucked within a section of the state constitution is a provision that says Asian immigrants -- who were not eligible for U.S. citizenship at one time -- may be prohibited from owning property.
