I've tried the neurosleep, and it actually worked pretty well for me. I bought a few of them after the first one worked, would drink only about a third of the bottle at a time, but when I ran out of those, I decided I needed to learn how to sleep without the sleep aid. I wasn't interested enough in the other flavors to try them, though.
Simple melatonin! And there were other things that supposedly made sleeping more . . . sleepful. I'd tried melatonin before, and it usually made groggy even after a full night's sleep, but this may have worked better for me because I only drank a portion of a serving.
