In unrelated news, I got word tonight that the axe is going to fall, and fall hard on the company tomorrow. (I am in fact here still, fixing a few problems that I should just say to heck with, and go home. Missing my beloved... and my little newtie, too! I need some snuggles.) About 1/3 of the company is leaving.

As soon as this file tran finishes, I'm heading home. I should've been there over 2 hours ago.

First, cudos on how you handled the flamer. I likes your restraint and you definitely have class :)
Second, I'm sorry that things are going not-so-well at the job. I've been following what you post about it. Even if you do keep your job, things won't be the same with so many poeple gone and change is always hard. Plus there is the uncertainty to deal with. I sure don't envy you right now :(
I hope you got all those snuggles last night and that things go as well as possible today :)
