I took the quorn out of the freezer and put it in a ziplock with some hot chili oil, dried lemongrass, rice wine vinegar and garlic oil. I shook it up and pressed out all the air and laid each piece flat in the bag and left it on the counter for a few hours and turned it every so often. So easy but soooo good. It also works really well with just plain ol' BBQ sauce marinade and basting while you cook it on the grill.

Hmmmm....interesting. It doesn't get all dried out on the grill? So many veggie things can hold up to that intense, direct heat. But I'm intrigued. I've been buying the Quorn nuggets for the kid because they aren't soy-based. But I've been leery of the other stuff.

It hangs in there pretty well! you don't have to grill them for very long, and they're very moist.
