DSL issues with verizon continue.. more like customer service issues. They've just barely edged ahead of Comcast in the piss-poor service department, playing telephone tree and random disconnect for over 5 days worth of calls.

Edged ahead of Comcast in a good way or a bad way? I can't imagine of anyone being worse than Comcast!

I love to visit the snow, but I can't imagine living in it for an extended period of time.

In a bad way... for what it's worth, verizon is pretty sharp and on the ball one in place, at least for me... but getting processes moved or put in proper place has been pretty dang disappointing.

playing in the snow is a hoot!
