Lovely time seeing Pirates yesterday.. I think it could've been trimmed down to about 2/3 to 1/2 the time, though. Good mindless fun. Moonlight diner has very tasty cheese-fries, and the cherry-chocolate milkshakes are awesome, too. sugar shock!

After dindin, it was too wet to putt-putt, so we headed back to Britta's house, and watched tv, chitty-chatted, and hung out until the wee hours. Lance was kind enough to give me a haul home, even after a bit of a communications error.

Rope swing, now there's some nostalgia. Ours had a stick then a round of wood then finally a tire from I think a tractor on it. It was one of those small tires from the old 3 wheeled tractors. Just big enough for skinny kid to get both legs in.

i agree. pirates could have been widdled down 1/4 - 1/2 hr. it could've been edited in bits esp in some fight scenes.

cherry-chocolate milkshakes are the way to go. (I nearly went the peanut-butter chocolate route, but sweet-sweet beat savory-sweet!)
