i must agree.. he did things for the sport that changed it forever. people still strive to compete with his records in an honest non hyped game of B/B he was an amazing player.
Hi, Marci! how are you? I am waiting for the ok from paypal, they are swamped do to xmas rushes and all so i will be hearing from them maybe tomorrow. sorry it's taking so long, i'm a bit peaved myself but they are awaiting confirmation from my bank.
my biggest problem is that i have no online access to my bank, its just a credit union and so i have to go down there and get the info, then trot back home and enter the codes and then wait up to 24 hours for conferamtion receipt. bummer time waster but well worth the security. *smile* how ya doing?
Gods! Don't I know that one. I just got the little mermaid cart for james' gameboy and it was all I could do to keep it from the troll .. he saw that and was drooling everywhere.
I got this letter from my bank about some drafts that weren't signature approved and I never ordered this crap.. so they started pulling the records for me, there was over $500.00 missing from my account in 3.5 months and all this time I thought I had just mis-entered my card deductions,,. I am getting a big fat check from these people on the 14th of the month!! They got a letter from my bank about credit fraud and they were sooo sweet about returning the money! gees I thought I was loosing my nut for a minute.. so I will now have a little *Extra* to play with.. thank the powers that be.. *smile* I am a happy girl!
*bigmonstersighofrelief* Yea ,, it;s really nice. now i can have a nice christmas for the kids and stil have some stuck away. it feels really good. hey! its like a christmas club! LOL j/k
oh, they were on a few. not to mention that they had a cartoon of their own, plus the "super-globetrotters" where they all had superpowers!
curly neil had bouncing, another had an afro of holding, another scuba powers, and another was ropy.... I think there was a speedy guy and a strongman too....
heeheehee-- I bought some bread on the way home today, and the cashier complimented me on my small purse. I said "yeah, it's a real bag of holding, though!" It was like having a secret handshake or something... he knew what it meant :) I then mentioned the "Afro of Holding"-- he totally appreciated it... "Yeah," he said "that would be cool-- you could pull a '72 Pontiac in there whenever you needed it!"
It was a bonding moment. :)
And that was a really cool cartoon. I've been remembering it more and more as the day has gone on-- thanks (again) for the memories!
