Date: 2006-03-24 11:02 pm (UTC)I remember a time I was mercilessly mocking Whitney and he suddenly stood up, the strangest look in his burring in his eyes. Then his gaze turned to the sky hands, he hands flew up in veneration, and he burst into the theme from the bodyguard. After the first verse, he ran out side, still signing, and proceeded to rip a fender off a Volkswagen, taking time between the beats in the song to point the excellent craftsmanship. Once he freed the thing he wrapped it around me like pretzel and then proceeded to dunk me repeatedly in a cannel until I recanted and told him Whitney was the best thing to ever happen to music, promising to never speak ill of her again. He then finished the song, wiped a single tear from his eye and let me go, the incident was never mentioned again until just now."

Please note: cannel is a bituminous coal that burns brightly with much smoke.
That was a while ago, before I got my "treatments".;... but without the special shoe and periodic injections, that could happen again.
