Both compusa managers are supposedly in today. Let's see what the latest excuse is! Lately, they've just been blocking me be taking a message and not getting back to me. Today, I go in, and corral whatever authority figure I can find, pin him down until I have a reasonable answer to my issue.
Herm sent me some lovely e-valentines. Made my day, to be sure. I'm glad that she's patient. (Actually I'm quite glad that she is who she is, period!)
