Are you on the second floor? Newt looks cute but a little unsure of this porch thing. For a couple of years we lived on a second floor apartment with balcony and I would let D'art come out with me when I sat out there though I would usually have to bring her in cause she would eventually do stuff like try to walk on the outside ledge on the outside the rail, so I had to keep watching her and it would get too nerve wracking, especially since the fact I was keeper from the edges made her all the more want dart around me to get to them and she isn't the most dexterous of cats.

PS You have someone come and clean your house?

If I didn't have a very strong screen, I wouldn't let the newtster out even for a moment. I'm on the third floor, and a good flying squirrel newt isn't.

Newt's a big goofy klutz.

I have Marlena (a pure black kitty) for just over 10 years and Tizzy (silver and black Tabby) for about 5 years now. My baby (Marlena) suffers fron cystitus every so often since she got ran over about 7 years ago, but I make sure it doesn't last long when she feels poorly and Tizzy is just completely mad. When I work it out i'll post some pics of them on my journal.
