11 yr old wander-off Autistic kid in MI

two school pals who hit the road for some reason in Nye County, NV - ran off into the desert [edit - the two girls in Nye were recovered, and they're safe and sound, save for whatever punishment a pissed off parent might give.]

A kid in Thomaston, CT - Another habitual, fresh move [edit - called home for a pickup when he got cold and tired of being out and about]

No Alzheimer's folks yet today, which is just fine. That's a different sort of case. Kids are usually easier to snag, because they usually don't have access to a vehicle.
