4th’ and M locked down, 3rd and m police cruisers all over the place.
WASHINGTON (WUSA9) – U.S. Park Police and Metropolitan Police Department officers are responding to Navy Yard for a report of active shooter. No casualties at this time.
An employee inside Navy Yard reports that alarms are sounding and the buildings are on lockdown.
We are waiting for more details.

Jul. 2nd, 2015 09:53 amCurrent info going around – NO shots fired – employee heard a loud noise, reported it – was a false alarm.
I have no idea what the “shooters are two males, 1-white, 1 black” came from then. I hope any and all misinformation is dealt with.
