Hm... Lj hasn't been sending me replies since they moved the server. The Lj-mooks are blaming yahoo and gmail, but I suspect the issue is on the lj-side like it was the last couple of times over the years.

Weather is supposed to drop down to the 50s tonight.Ol' Newtie boy will likely duck under the covers and play at looking like a nun in a wimple rather than a poofed-out chilly-cat. Lucky for him that I'm a human space-heater. Waves of warm-scottoness keep him toasty, but he may complain a bit when I get out of bed before he is ready.

Got Liz trained in how to do sex pred alerts, but I'll be surprised if I see her last into 2006 at the org. Weird vibe at work yesterday, and folks were a bit skittish. VS wasn't looking that happy, despite the fact that she had the most successful fund raiser for the org *ever* on Friday night.

Poor Newt. I can relate to his chilliness. My hands and feet get perma-frost starting in October and I don't thaw out until April. I usually end up wearing a sweater to bed since our house is so drafty and the wind whips around on the house because of the proximity to the bay. (My street isn't named Windward Key for nothing!)

Luckily for me I've got a mini-sized heater that will sleep on top of me when it gets really cold.

unchecking "email me comments"
saving
checking "email me comments"

It's back to normal since then.

Last night was quite chilly... and living with a Canadian... who had the WINDOW open all night... I was under two down blankets trying to stay warm... It was HARD to get out of bed this morning in the chilly air.

I haven't quite figure out HOW I am going to survive in Newfoundland for our vacation in January.

How did that graphic come to be?? Did you make it yourself, or did you go to a page that generated it?

Scootie does the nun thing, too! Also, if I lift the quilt up & place it exactly over the top of his ears, he'll stay looking like a nun for 15 minutes or more. Won't even move. Might be something like that llamas in a circle with a rope around their necks, and they won't move thing.

The origins of that graphic is a scotto original. I saw the 5-count and cloned it until I had 8000... then erased down to my current count. (5 became 10, which became 250, and then 1000 at a time)

I dont imagine that it'd be too hard to generate it programatically, though.

I haven't used it much. Also there's a photo of me. I look like a weird, little alien in it. heh.

I got a little weirded out about posting photos of me in my own journal. There were 2 males on my list who emailed me privately, out of the blue, when I posted them once. WTH?!? Also, 2 of them saved my photos & posted them elsewhere. One in his gallery of women/pictures of himself. The other guy waited about 6 months, and then posted a photo of me in his own journal, in a public entry. Double wth?!? Some females might be flattered...but it was weird. :(

You have more patience then I do! Also, My comment count is much higher than my entry count. :D
