Dreamt last night of having my operation done, but for some reason, they had to remover all of the skin from my body... and my hair was left behind, leaving a goateed and Fabio-coiffed skull behind (There was no ichor, just a shiny, dry set of bones.. it was an "out of body" dream so I noticed there were no eyes in the sockets either...unless my nervous system was stored in a jar to look on with the eyeballs still attached.). I thought that it was going to be a real pain in the butt to rethread my hair through every pore properly, and that it'd have been easier to just shave everything and let it grow back.. but such is the logic of dreams. I wonder where my organs were?

Speaking of Noggins and skin - Some groovy pumpkin carving stencils. (The Jack Sparrow one is pretty nifty, as is Gollum.. but I might be more Likely to do Rob Zombie as Hellbilly.)

In the shower this morning, singing the music to "Bewitched" not the lyrics ), and I realized for the first time that all of the women in her family have names that end with the letter A. I've only watched the show off and on for my entire life... I wonder why it took so long for me to notice? It must've been planned... too remarkable a coincidence. Besides... that show is the only place that you'll ever see Paul Lynde in a superman suit, flying around. After Drinking one of Dr. Bombay's potions.

Let's see... Samantha, Serena, Tabitha, Endora, Hagatha, Esmerelda, and Aunt Clara... Am I forgetting someone?

Random poll (after thinking about Samantha's Pop's Name - (As always, feel free to comment if the poll doesn't want to work for you)

Apparently My brother ran away from rehab midweek this week, got a few beers and tried to contact his dealer. He's back in the program now, but only because he came back of his own accord and claimed that he couldn't get hold of him. I suspect that his dealer is Andy. I tried calling him just now, and the phone line has been disconnected. Just as well, as I'm going to do what I can to get the word out that he's getting a restraining order put on him, and that if I so much as see him, I will call the police. I want to kill him, but know that won't do anyone any good.

He conned me, and I fell for it, sending him a 70 dollar check directly to him and not to the org. I'll still write him, but I'm very, very disappointed in him.

My big request today is just for everyone to do a part in minimizing hurt and BS, and maximizing life for everyone.

I humbly request that if you see any way to make someone's life even a little better, act on it. Tell someone you love 'em. Pick up a stray piece of trash and put it in the ashcan. Smile. Don't be a jerk.

Spicy chik patties are wholly superior to Original. Taste better, lower in sodium and fat.

Tramp Lamps - lights that created from vintage clothing and undergarments.

Muslim Toys - Razanne! Check out "In and Out Razanne" especially. Nifty!

Carbon Dust Illustrations of Beetles: "The illustrations in this gallery were created by hand using the carbon dust technique, a drawing method which renders images of exquisite visual detail. The accuracy is important to researchers concerned with insect morphology, that is, the study of the physical forms assumed by various species.

Scientific illustrator Frances Fawcett created the majority of these images, while entomologist Christopher Marshall produced the last two bugs in the gallery using a hybrid technique of hand-drawing and computer shading."
