I voted for "don't know." I'm aware of the guy but as far as I know there hasn't been any killings (that we know of) from him for a long long time. Unless he works his skills again, I doubt anyone would even know where to start.
I hold out that we will eventually find the person. Look how long it took to catch BTK and he was silent for quite a few years. Creepy, creepy real-life folkses. *shivers*
