neato! I guess they had to secure the originals, in case wear and tear could hurt 'em... I saw one of the alking specials, and it was a hoot! I didn't know there was more than one. :)
There was a "Raising the wooly mammoth" special that was excellent..but Netflix doesn't have it. People were talking of the time, of seeing if they could recreate a mammoth from the DNA. I'm kinda glad they didn't...I fear people wouldn't treat it right. :(
They advertised the mammoth special for 30 days before airing it. I was so excited. :D

Just recently, there was talk of bringing some sort of big animals to America - for free roaming. EXCITEMENT! but, we have people that I bet would try to hurt them somehow. :P
I can't imagine buffaloes roaming the open plains like they did at thier peak in the west... that must've been a n amazing thing, seeing a sea of giant beasties all out there together.
