1. Are you a dog or cat person?

Both, really. I like that Newt has some dog aspects.... Newt plays fetch, and follows me around. Best of both worlds.

2. How many pets do you have?

Just Newt.

3. What's the best thing about your pets?

Newt's a snuggler, and is a great little buddy. Low maintenance, High affection.

4. What's the weirdest thing your pet has done?

Learning how to turn on the kitchen light switch was pretty freaky. I wish he'd learn how to turn out lights on command.

5. Plans for any more pets?

Maybe someday, when I get a bigger place. Nothing in stone.

That's funny. One of the things I liked about my first dog was that she didn't dote on us. She had the coolest attitude of "I don't need you, but I do like to hang out with you when it suits me."

Newton will make a point of always being within three feet of me... not always in my lap, but certainly within chin-rub range.

I honestly can't think of anything weird that mine have done. They do stuff that makes me laugh at different times, but nothing super interesting or weird.

Newt does it in random spurts. He nuzzles the switch with his face, and that flicks it up... he can't nuzzle it downward, though.

I'd say that I find the light flicked on maybe 2-3 times a month. :)

I like both but can only have dogs now.
I'm not fond of aloof cats that can do "with or with out you". I love the snuggles and companionship of a pet.

We have 2 dogs...One old and one newish

They are both weird all the times. I can't think of any one thing.

I can't imagine a day with out a pet. I want more and more...
