Bro visited mom at work, was looking sharp. Clean, short-sleeved shirt, solid mindset, has a gig telemarketing. It was good for her to see him in decent shape for a change.

I want to sleep the whole weekend away. Just float in limbo, comfortably. Talk to some good friends, relax with the Newtie-boy. Maybe toss in a loaf or two of fresh baked bread and honey.

Got a free lunch donated to us at work yesterday... Lenny's gave the company a platter of three big ol' subs. Italian, Turkey and Veggie. I can dig a free lunch... ECN also gave me a bag of M&Ms for dessert.

I got to talk to MP for about a minute yesterday. It was nice, but far too short.

Newt at my computer desk, being a lovey while I type. His nose and ears still make me think of "easter bunny pink".

The only real trace of the house that was in my back yard that remains are the two cables for phone and television hanging down from the upper right. They don't call these things steam shovels anymore, do they? I think it runs on diesel. Would it be called a Petrol-shovel now?


Nighttime Newt. Waiting on the futon for me to finish up, and clear space on my computer desk again. Sometimes he's not so courteous, and just lays down on whatever I'm working on. Upside-down post-it note "landmines" will distract him for a bit, when that happens.


Everyone carries umbrellas to the bus stop this time of year. I guess they all wear jeans, too!

We get free food at work at least once a week. You know, I can't remember if I've ever participated. You would think I have... at least once. I've always hated flcoking with a herd, even if it was for free stuff. I had a dream last night even, that we were being invaded by aliens in small orange disks. I was all about fighting and keeping my family safe. We weere going to run away to the wilderness and just live alone together.

You can come too Scotto. :) And Newt too. :)

I love all kitties...but it has become apparent to me that like the human world, there is such a thing as a little extra cuteness in the cat world. Newtie is like the Brad Pitt or Tom Cruise of the kitty world!
