Hanging out with Danny for lunch today! Too bad I'm playing cheapskate until I get paid on Tuesday. I don't think I'll bother with the free moonlight movie... Forrest Gump isn't that appealing to me.

I might go out with mzk this weekend sometime along with tiffany before heather finally heads off to parts west.

Farewell, Eddie Albert. 99 years is a good run. Not bad at all, Mr. Douglas.

Green Acres Theme.

In French.

Moment of Lyric :

(look I know the supernatural is something that isn't supposed to happen, but it does happen...)

Jesus lived his life in a cheap hotel on the edge of route 66, yeah!
He lived a dark and twisted life and he came right back just to do it again!
Eye for and eye and a tooth for the truth - I ain't never seen a demon warp deal'n
A ring-a-ding rhythm or jukebox racket - my mind can't clutch the feeling, yeah!

Does every song by Rob Zombie have *YEAH* refrain in it somewhere?

Watched To the Devil a Daughter last night, and it was surprisingly good. It's also the source of the sound bites in my current music.

I've been on a Mandarin Orange Salad With Kiwi kick lately. yum.

6 cups mixed salad greens
2 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
1 11-ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
2-3 thin slices of red onion

Rinse the salad greens thoroughly and dry. Arrange greens on 4 individual plates. Scatter the kiwi, mandarin oranges, and red onions attractively on top. Serve with Orange Balsamic Dressing.

You have a dodgy fridge magnet message. I don't quite know what made me write that, but there it is. :)

And "yeah!" Rob Zombie has a lot of "yeahs!" in his songs.

I've been meaning to tell you - your "1 year ago, 2 years ago, et al" reminds me of a huge book someone gifted me. It's called The Assassin's Cloak (don't ask me why) and it's entries from diarists for every day of the week. Some of the entries go back to the early 19th century. I love going back to today and reading entries of long ago.
I don't know what brought this idea to you, but it was definitely a winner. From now on, no matter where you are in your journal, you have all years. Lovely. I wish I had thought of it. :-)

I thuoght of it, a while back, when I jsut wanted to see where I was... adding the bokomark was just an easy way to do a quick backwards reference. :)

you're more than welcome to snag the idea, and run with it!
