Well, they claim that the guy they picked up is to blame for the Lunsford case, but I have some doubts. We did calls on the case, and there were absolutely no leads. It seems fishy to me.

that's just the worst... I'm glad there was a resolution, but unhappy that this is the sort of result.

(Realizing that the lunsord girl was taken from her home, but this is in the same vein) -- They did an experiment on several teen girls (& 1 boy) on 20/20 (think it was) last week. It showed how many females in this day and age still *don't know* not to get into a strange man's car, or let him get too close. Most all of them failed. Can you believe that? This day and age,and young women are still clueless about what some predators will do to trick you. The ones that felt something was fishy, were only inches away from the men & they didn't try to move away...so they still failed in my eyes. He could have grabbed them. I've had one grab me as a pre-teen, so it's not too hard.

I like to see SUV's get smooshed due to soem little-kid in me, that just lieks to watch big machines go crunch (and since there's nobody but crash test dummies inside, nobody gets hurt)

I have no idea why kids today don't know any better...that's just insane.

Yeah, I thought the same thing. Then one of the experiments involved something even I would fall for..which freaked me out. :P
