It's a well-known axiom in filmic studies that no film yet produced in the history of cinema could not have been improved with Jackie Chan and/or a monkey.
But if they had Jackie in a monkey suit for the Atrau vs. the wolf scene in The Neverending Story that would have livened it up a bit. Or what about puttin him in a Frankenfurter costume in LA Confidential when the cop walked in on Kim Basinger at her house.......
Im sorry....

Date: 2000-11-14 09:49 pm (UTC)Would an additional monkey improved them at all? Perhaps Jackie Chan in the Eastwood role? As Eastwood's love interest?
Re: *ponders*
Date: 2000-11-14 09:52 pm (UTC)if they'd used a real monkey, or Jackie chan, well.. then you'd have a different film. perhaps the red balloon.
