Very clever of you to spam in a *reply* to a comment in my journal, rather than the entry itself (from comcast's 24.62.254.122 in entry 6483, to be exact.)

I don't know what flowers and gift baskets have to do with an entry about Newt
the cat and thin-mint cookies, though, so you will remain screened. My only concern is that spammers will start dropping luncheon-meat on other people commenting in my journal.

But, in the meantime, Neener neener, spammer!

I'm going ot be on call all weekend, but I'm within safe range to breakfast with at Einstein's tomorrow. I'll have the clipboard with me, and by the time I get all the info, I'll be inside my home-office online.

I think I'll get a "big box o' bagels & schmear" to ride out the weekend with.

If you...

1. ...owned a restaurant, what kind of food would you serve?

Snacks you can eat with your hands. Veggie platters / Cookies / Cheese / fingerfoods / etc. Tasty, and I don't have to wash silverware!

2. ...owned a small store, what kind of merchandise would you sell?

Handmade art, homemade herbal tea, shrunken heads, weird toys & curios

3. ...wrote a book, what genre would it be?

modern fiction with a few twilight-zone elements - twist ending, weird science

4. ...ran a school, what would you teach?

mythology, monkey politics, logic

5. ...recorded an album, what kind of music would be on it?

a lot of novelty stuff, maybe a spoken-word thing... a comic/album combo for "Gorilla Girl IN STEREO!" if I could get my beloved, Gray Pumpkin, Katt, Danny, and myself all in the same studio. Maybe I could drag in some other pals for voicework, too.

I don't write as much short fiction as I used to, but I do fiddle with small ideas.. word doodles and the like. I've been thinknig about putting some of my writing back on the LJ again... it might be cathartic. Most of my writing I do on my palm or in a notebook, lately, just due to proximity to them rather than anything else.
