When a male blanket octopus (3/4 of an inch long) mates with the female (6 feet long), it uses a special extension arm to transfer sperm from its penis, and then dies. Norman pointed out that females, which may weigh 10,000 times more than males, are typically found with several such extension arms lodged inside them.

and yaaaaaaay for Beakman! He was icky too...but a good kinda icky. My favorite was when they climbed through the model of the nose and came out all covered with goo.
