Date: 2003-08-26 09:11 pm (UTC)There is a newer version, WWCalc v4.0.4. I can send you the zip file, if you'd like. It was sent to me by a friend from Bootcamp Buddies. This version incorporates the new FLEX WW program that was unveiled this Monday.
I changed my weight-loss program from Atkins to Weight Watchers this past Monday. I feel that this is a more realistic plan for me in the long run.
If you need any links to WW sites, let me know and I can send you some. I can also send you the FLEX program info, since I bought a membership to WW Online for three months ;)
