Slow day today... Biggest event was switching some data over to stronger servers... Thoughts for the ZIS development in processing is rolling along nicely, though, all maintained on one server to stop conflicts. The designer has it in his site now, and I'm just home-brewing locally. Next ideas are potentially for semi-slowing terrain, flame, water, and maybe weapons for the humans.

Difficult eating up to my point level today. I've revised the WWcalc to use tenths of a point, instead of rounding up or down. I actually had to resort to adding a drink to dinner to account for my overly light lunch.

Today's eats (haven't had the snack yet)

I've been reading your daily food menu's and I thought you were doing some other diet. I do the point thing with WW and go to their meetings and stuff - that's how I've lost my weight.

I'm seeing how well I can do with just the system, and without the meetings. Most folks I've talked to have very positive things to say about how it works.

How much did you lose, total? I remember reading and watching you lose!

30 pounds - It would be ideal if I lost like 15 more but we'll see. My main goal now-a-days is the baby thing. =)

I've been sustaining this 30 lb loss for about 6 months now - going a little up, going a little down but not doing anything significant. I'm happy with it though. I feel like I'm learning a whole lot about how to eat better, how to eat AND incorporate exercise into my life, stuff like that - so I'm not stressed about the last 15 pounds. If I lose them before baby comes along, that's fine. If not, that's fine too.

Are you happy with it? I mean, to me it looks like you don't eat enough or something! lol I'm a volume kinda chic so I'm constantly eating - and when I eat a meal, I'm filling it up with veggies to make it more substansial. Yogurt and goldfish for lunch would NOT make me a happy girl!

My big thing is really not eating one huge meal at the end of the day. I like having sort of a regimented way of divvying up my meals so that I can not plop a huge pile of food in at the end of the day, and have my body store fat as a "who knows when my next meal is coming" defense.

I actually have to force myself to eat lunch, because I'm really not hungry at all at that time. Yogurt really does a prety good job of filling me up for that time. I do love veggies, and just had a nice does of corn, peas and green beans brought by the grocer to fill out the meals.

I've been feeling reasonably satisfied, all told.

I hope you're successful with it. I've loved it.

I'll give you a "for example" day. My range is 20-25 and I usually hit the high end!

Breakfast:
2 pts: Yogurt (Dannon French Vanilla Low Fat/No sugar)
1 pt : Cup of Blueberries
1 pt : Toast
1 pt : Cream with my coffee

Lunch:
0 pts: Cup or more of Veg. Soup (ww recipe)
2 pts: Small Pita
3 pts: Hummus
1 pt : Apple

Snack:
2 pts: 8 Reduced fat triscuits
1 pt : low fat laughing cow cheese triangle
1 pt : 1 cup of grapes

Dinner:
3 pts: 1 cup wheat pasta
1 pt : 1/2 cup pasta sauce
0 pts: stewed tomatoes (I add it for more "sauce")
0 pts: Cooked spinach, mushrooms or other veggies
2 pts: 1/2 grilled habanero turkey sausage
1 pt : 2 Tsp Parm cheese

Dessert:
3 pts: slice of Key Lime Pie (ww recipe)

Sooooo, you see how I eat all damn day! lol My breakfast is usually split up into 2 mini meals. I have something early and about 10:30am I'm hungry so I'll have the other half of my breakfast points. I've noticed that the days I go to the gym and do my intense workouts, I *have* to have that cheese/cracker/fruit snack or else I have no energy. So I eat that at about 4pm go workout and then eat dinner at around 7pm.

My current fav lunch is Veggie Sub. I'll buy the biggest/crustiest roll that 4 points can handle and grill an assortment of veggies (red peppers, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, eggplant) on my George Foreman Grill, add some fancy mustard/fat free mayo and top it off with a 2 point slice of Swiss Cheese.

All that for 6 points of yummmmmmmmmmmmmmy. If you ever want more ideas on how to "stretch" your point, I'm your girl. ;) Hunger/desperation & determination have made me very creative! lol

I'll probably need it more once I drop to the 25-point realm., and I surely appreciate the offer.
