Ain't it fun......?

I dropped 70 pounds using that method last year, then gained a fair amount of it back by being slack over the holidays and months following.

I went from 304 to 232, then back up to 256, where I am now. For the past 8 weeks I've bounced between 250 and 260 because I keep cheating, heheheheheheh.

Perhaps I'll get back on it this week. It's amazing though, the power that your own personal motivation has in it. I was so much more motivated last year than I am currently.

I love it though....it's easy, deceptively clever, and doesn't cost you the things you enjoy......Good luck......

Probably a stupid question, but have you tried Morningstar Farms Spicy Black Bean burgers? Love them....New current favorite.....

oh yeah, morningstar BBB's are great!

how long did you take to drop that weight? That's a considerable amount!

Yeah, I like that I can sort of lay it down and it should work, mix and match style.

some stuff is so expensive! bean burritoes aren't happening anytime soon.

From January of 2002 to around September of 2002......

Indeed it was staggering to find out how many points some of my favorite foods were that I would eat, thinking them moderately healthy, only to find out later that some of them were half my daily points.....

wow.. that seems fast. 72 lbs in 9 months! I'd liike to accomplish the same sort of results.

Considering that I'm allowed to be in the 30ish point range, and a medium strawberry milkshake at bk is a 19, and a king size fries is a 14, that doesn't leave much for the rest of the day!

Indeed.....the clever thing about it is that it forces you to eat better things in that lovely clever way....

that's true.... but I can still get my junky cereal in if I really want it!

No milkshake is worth 2/3 of my daily intake. :)
