Date: 2003-08-16 12:58 pm (UTC)It's important to eat at least your minimum points to lose. I know some days it hard too! It's so much to think about but if you balance it right you won't be eating until you explode in the evenings! The first few days I learned that lesson!
I have quite a few books that I bought from them that have point values for assorted foods so if you need to know don't hesitate to ask!
