I have that program on my palm. I use it when I forget my little weight watchers journal.

Did you know that you have to eat the minimum points to lose weight? If you don't, you don't lose.

And make sure you drink a ton of water too! =) You're a vegetarian right? Let me see what I can do at the next meeting for recipes for you! =) I go every Tuesday. =)

It's important to eat at least your minimum points to lose. I know some days it hard too! It's so much to think about but if you balance it right you won't be eating until you explode in the evenings! The first few days I learned that lesson!

I have quite a few books that I bought from them that have point values for assorted foods so if you need to know don't hesitate to ask!
