Only 3/4 cup of cereal is going to take some getting used to. I can do it, but I *really* want to gobble more up. After I polish off the junky cereals, maybe I'll go back to Total Corn Flakes, fo rthat fuller feel.

well, I'm following the point system.... atkins isn't my thing, because of that you can/can't eat.

it's really easy for me to log, because I have a "running tab" program for my palmtop...just sort of tickmark the stuff as I go, makes it really simple.

I put on a couple of pounds this last winter, and it's time to shake 'em loose.
