Depends on the place. The bathroom at my grocery store isn't wonderful, nor is the one at Wal-Mart, but that doesn't deter me from going back. Restaurant wise, it depends. Most yucky ones are fast food, and if I'm peeing there, I'm probably traveling, and unlikely to go back there anyway.

I hover only if there is something wet on the seat. Otherwise, I sit. I don't have any open wounds on my ass, nor do I put it in my mouth (as I am more likely to do with my hands), so the chances of catching something are slim to none.
