Caldera Chase Quest 2
First Bank of There
Bob jumps in beside you.
"What's up Bob?: you ask.
"What do you think, I just robbed a bank!"
You stare at him in disbelief until you realize he isn't kidding ... he's riding shotgun for real! There is a real shotgun under his coat!
"GO!" he screams.

--------------

Caldera Chase Quest 3
Kantana Ridge Roadblock

Is this just normal construction or are you
already being pursued? You aren't sure what you should do.

--------------

Clue #1 Caldera Chase Quest
Correct. But enough relaxation! Time
for you to log in some buggy miles. After all you want to practice till you are good enough for the Caldera Rally someday. Great day for a drive anyway. So you hop in your buggy, an
incredibly beautiful Cobalt Cobra, at the foot of the lighthouse and head westward along Kantana ridge. Hmm ... there's your cousin, Bob Square waving you down. What's he doing behind the First Bank of There? Secret Letter A

Clue #2 Caldera Chase Quest
Correct. You see the bank president running out and screaming for help. Bob's signet ring stood stark against the bare white knuckles gripping the shotgun. You are convinced ... you put the pedal to the metal. You barrel along Kantana ridge at breakneck speed
until you come to a roadblock. Secret Letter A

Clue #3 Caldera Chase Quest
Correct. Bob assures you that there is no way they could be blocking your path so quickly. But to be on the safe side, he directs you into the crater. It will be easy to hide and avoid any pursuers in that maze of tricky ringed walls.
You drive into the crater until you come upon
some ruins surrounding some incredibly large and lovely flowers. You decide to pull over among the trees and try to find out what's going on. Secret Letter A

Caldera Chase Quest 4
Purple Flower Hideaway

"It's not what you think, " Bob begins.
"Not what I think?! You said you robbed a bank, what else could it be? Did you rob it or not?" you reply.
"Well, yes .. but not on purpose ... you don't understand."
But his words are drowned out by the 3 patrol cars screaming past.
Oh no! What now?

Correct. "Don't panic!" says Bob. "Inch out slowly. The patrol cars were heading toward the center of the crater on the pillar lined road.
Lets go this way," Bob directed. And you head on around the crater, hugging the outer wall to your right. There are plenty of trees for cover not to mention the giant walls on both sides of the ring valley. Through a break in the stony hills to the left, you see a hedge of giant stones .. like dragons teeth. You investigate and find a stone canyon -- you think this will make a great hiding place while you get more of the scoop from Bob. Secret letter: I

Caldera Chase Quest: 5
Dragon Tooth Canyon

You figure you will be invisible to the posse here.
And you demand details from Bob. "Ok, Bob, did you rob the bank or not?"
"Well, not exactly, " Bob began. "I've been watching one of the bank VPs. He's been doing some mysterious shifting of funds. Today, he asked me if I would mind taking his car down to Tiki Village for him ... he knows I like to walk on my lunch hour. He said his mother needed to drive it today. Sounded fishy to me, but I went along with him. But in the car, I found a postcard from his mom from her vacation in Saja. So I got to Tiki Village, checked the trunk and there I found these 2 sacks.
"And the shot gun?" I asked.
"It was in the trunk too. I was just going to take all
this back into the bank to show the CEO, Mr. Joyner.
But when they saw me come in with a shot gun .. well
they decided to scream first and ask questions later."

Clue #5 Caldera Chase Quest
Well done! Suddenly you hear cars entering the canyon, and you realize you are trapped. You quickly drop a ramp and luckily can jump your way out of the canyon. Of course the patrol cars can too, but the first one misses. And the others are trapped by the wreck of the first one. You head on in the same general direction you had been traveling in before, ducking behind some old tomb ruins and dodging among the trees. They are not far behind. You spot a tower up on the crater rim and head for that. Tara Guma ruins are tempting, but you opt for the road out of the crater. They follow, but you have time to slip into a gulley just as you enter Duda Beach. Secret Letter: E

Caldera Chase Quest 6

Everything he needs goes in the trunk, including you. Bob dons the driver's spare helmet. Now the car, registered in the race, looks to contain a normal driver/navigator pair and the race is off.
