Random Terms I've not heard used by other people in a long time. Asterisks mark ones I use on occasion.

• "Creamed his Jeans" (I'm so very glad that it fell out of common usage.)


• "Grease for Peace" (Bowser form Sha-na-na...A bunch of kids I hung out with said it when I was young)


• "Wicked Awesome"


• "Bitchin'"


• "Hoser"*


• "Douchebag"


• "Bad" as meaning good.


• "fag tag", also "fruit loop" for that little loop on the back of a shirt.


• "Whoa, Momma"


• "Jive Turkey" (This one needs a comeback)*


• Pizza referred to as just "Pie". *


• "Knowing is half the battle... GO JOE!" (You've got to finish with the go joe!)*


• "Smurfy"


• "Phat" - I'm glad that one is gone


• "Barf Me Out"


• "boy toy"


• "peckerwood"

My best friend and I still say "bad" as in good all the time. I feel so old doing it, too. Also, sometimes I say "solid" as in, "all right" or "good" but I do it mostly for the giggle I usually get when I say it. My friend from NY says "pie" for pizza.

Hmm...not sure what this says about me, but I still use the following in conversation:

"Douchebag", "fag tag", "Knowing is half the battle..."(I leave out the Go Joe, part, because I assume it's a given) and "boy toy".

I've also been known to slip in a "Word" or a "Dude"...and I went through a phase where everyone was "Kid".

I only use "Wicked Awesome" when making fun of the fact that far too many people in Boston still use it like it's "in"... ;)

To me, and many people I know, "fruit loop" was when someone grabbed the bottom of your shoelace (the part that connects the two rows of holes, the only straight line if you lace in Xs) and pulling it to make a huge loop. That used to piss me off so much.

I say awesome a lot without the wicked. I think "wicked" is more of an East Coast thing. I know I say "dude" and "man" more than I should. I also enjoy "fuckin A"

oh! Fuckin' A! That's another good one, as in "Man".

I've never seen your version of a fruit loop, but it sounds like a real pain in the butt.
