Slushies for lunch! yumm. Not lots to report since last time. :) Kev got his b'day present from me finally, and I look forward to using it once he's through. The beauty of giving video games. I don't understand why so many people are getting let go from work these days... and they all seem to be swell folk too... Hopefully it'll free them all up to find better jobs. small consolation though. *hugs* to Tangerinegirl, Cider, and sanssoucci. (and to anyone else who may be job searching.)

Yeah, I thought working in reference would be interesting. Thing is, I don't have an MLS but I do have a degree and public library experience. Wonder if that is enough....guess I'll do some cramming and learn more about reference procedures.

Enjoyed my sno-balls. I love those things! I hadn't eaten them in a while but during the last year or so, I've been so obsessed with them. Don't eat them all the time but it is definitely more often than before!

it depends n the library.. I know most florida city libraries need a mls to move past librarian II. (reference)

i've not had a sno-ball (or seen one! ) in about 5 years!
