Speaking as a belly dancer (non professional of course), I think curvy chicks look best, so maybe you could add 10 lbs to her. But yes, go with a fringy coin bra and a sassy hipscarf.

I agree on the curves. the nice thing about a leaner figure is that it's simpler to add than to remove elements. :)
