INCREDIBLE CARVED DINOSAUR POOP

This is authentic dinosaur "coprolite", fossilized dung, 67 million years old, that has been left rough on one side, carved with dinosaur themes on the other! Coprolite is from a Utah dinosaur dig, carved in the Orient. Photos show both front and back.

That seriously sounds cool. I'd buy one if the price was right and it was done well!! No, really! I would! I bet it makes a great gift for the boyfriend who is just a giant kid/dinofreak (I used to have one,) and who has everything...he would have loved that.

That reminds me of a photo/video class I took one year. One of the assignments was to take interesting objects and arrange appropriate lightning for a "product shoot", much like those seen in magazines (usually womens' body care products).

I forgot to bring something the day of the shoot, so I went to the Earth Science teacher, a good "friend" of mine, and asked if I could borrow anything. He gave me some rocks.

I shot the rocks and turned the photos in with the placard title, "Genuine Coprolite".

It wasn't really, but it was funny to see the instructor get the joke and nobody else.
