I'm not sure of the definition.... :) I have long, equal-lenghth hair.

A mullet is "short on top and long at the back" - you would have to be wearing a Megadeath T shirt, dirty skin tight torn jeans, and sniff a lot from excessive recreational drug or solvent use - you would be living in Sydney or Auckland's Western Suburbs - there would be a drive simulator on blocks in the yard, super market trolleys would be corralled in the long grass surrounding the back porch ..etc, etc, every few weeks you would cash the empties in and buy groceries or have the power reconnected
