Oh, that's not good. :( If you don't know this already, Traditional Medicinals makes a tea called Throat-Coat, and it's a godsend when coughing up....uhm, lung bits. I hope you wake up feeling MUCH better!

heh. only use those if you have a bacterial infection, of course. using them for virii has led to so many antibotic-resistant strains. :)
