Feeling Guilty

I've been behind on my blood donation/apheresis lately. (If I'm going to get pierced later, I'll have to take 6 mos to a year off... so I'd better get it in now)

And walkies.

New efforts will be redoubled to make sure that I get on schedule for those.

Good for you..
I miss donating blood...I have B neg....I guess that is pretty rare, so they used to have me come in every 8 weeks....

My Dr. told me to stop because of my Mitral Valve Prolapse....=(

yup... I was doiong apherisis every two weeks for a while... just white blood cells.

you can do plasma every 4, and whole blood every 8.
