Finally saw Zombieland this weekend – Might be my fave zombie movie of recent times, on a par with Sean of the Dead. BHK really dug it , too.

This weekend was pretty relaxing overall – BHK and I took a little trip to Bowen’s and got some freaky gummi-cows… berry flavored cow-faces, with blueberry noses. I’ll try to remember to get a photo. Also got little pink gummy pigs, and assorted dinner stuffs.

Lunched at the local BBQ place – we filled up so much, just about popped… didn’t have room for dinner. (I had a fried clam basket – BHK did real BBQ) Mac & Cheese side was my fave. (‘taters and fries were good, too!)

Our DVR reformatted itself after a bad power spike… it’s sort of nice to have a clean slate- didn’t lose anything unrecoverable except for a tv show that the in-laws were visible as part of the studio audience.

Got BHK an Acekard, so we’ve been playing DS together – lots of carcassonne, catan, labyrinth, and uno together – $20 is not too much to spend if you have access to a ton of roms.

Gave up on the TV show Outcast – BBC’s first letdown in a bit. Still Digging Dr. Who
