Did you know that some Eskimos have gone insane from eating too many Polar Bear livers?? Yep, see, Polar Bear liver is really high in vitamin D, and having too much of this vitamin will just tear your brain up.

I had no idea vitamin D had poor effects! I'll have to research that, see what sort of brain-tearing happens!

It has to extremely high amounts before adverse effects happen...and it might be something that happens over time too. I might be wrong, but I think Vitamin D might be a fat soluable vitamin, and those kind are usually the kind that can do stuff to you (e.g. Vitamin A).
