scottobearMostly linkies... went to see national treasure tonight with Adam and BHK. It was pretty good, not nearly as well done as the first, but still fun. Cage looked like a freaky manikin with fake hair, skin and teeth in the opening.
Fear the Turtle! - Most of the pictures in this set are of sculptures that were created for the 150th anniversary of UMD. They went around and got all the ones on campus (at least the ones that were installed), but have yet to get the rest.
I really have to get around to visiting the Mutter Museum in 2008.
Toshiba has developed a new class of micro size Nuclear Reactors that is designed to power individual apartment buildings or city blocks. The new reactor, which is only 20 feet by 6 feet, could change everything for small remote communities, small businesses or even a group of neighbors who are fed up with the power companies and want more control over their energy needs.
